Even though the company hasn’t revealed much through the invitations, the event definitely looks promising and the commentators are even speculating a sneak peek of the newest version of the Windows 9 operating system.
The newest Windows project has been developed under its current codename the “Threshold”. What will the newest version be called is anybody’s guess as of now. But so is the new features…as the online rumors indicated that Microsoft will probably revive the good old Start Menu in Windows 9. The traditional start menu was let go in favor of the Start Screen in Microsoft 8, a move that met with a lot of criticism.
The rumors include that Windows 9 will also feature Metro-design apps right on the desktop .
